The formulation of Ayung products was driven by two important concepts: selfcare and sustainability. We wanted to bring to you natural meaningful skin and soul ingredients. Therefore we researched and incorporated ingredients deeply rooted in ancient Balinese traditional medecine. While using our products, we hope that you feel that we wanted to honour and show our deep respect for authentic Balinese culture.
We recommend storing your products in a cool and dry space. Due to their blend of natural ingredients, slight color variations may occur.
Depending on the products, our formulas should be used within 6 to 18 months after opening.
Our formulas are safe to use on any skin type.
Our products contain essential oils therefore pregnant or nursing women should seek medical advice before use.
Yes, our products are 99.5% natural and vegan.
Our packaging is made of recyclable materials. The jars and bottles are made from glass and we use wooden lids.
We encourage you to recycle them according to your local policies.

Ayung formulas are designed to be used together, you can especially create an holistic routine with mask and night cream. But they can as well be used on their own. The mist can be used throughout the day.

Once your payment has gone through, you will receive a confirmation by mail. Then as soon as your package is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you.
As of today, Ayung products are only available on our website. Soon they will also be available at the reception of Green Village, Bali.

We deliver to all countries within the European Union, to the UK, to the USA, to India, to Singapore and Indonesia. If you don’t reside in one of these countries and would like to buy our products, please drop us a note and we will make our best to accomodate you.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically according to the delivery destination, weight and total volume of the ordered items, in the fairest way possible. If you have placed an order for delivery outside of the European Union, please note that custom fees and import taxes are imposed once the parcel arrives in the country of destination. As your order will be held by customs, you may be asked to pay these fees and taxes. These fees must be paid by the receiver.

We ship orders twice a week. And then delivery times are dependant of the carrier you chose at check out.
